I am experiencing DVD playback problems. What DVD format do you use?
Our DVDs are region free, and we use high-quality DVD-R media to maximize compatibility with DVD players. Your DVD should work in almost any DVD player. If you are having a compatibility issue with a DVD from Goosebump Productions, please check your player's ability to read DVD-R media. To look up a DVD Player's DVD-R Compatibility, please visit http://www.videohelp.com/dvdplayers. If you are continuing to have trouble using your Goosebump Productions DVD on your player and would like to return it, please contact us. If your DVD player is not DVD-R compatible, please request a different format BEFORE the production.

What formats do you support?
Once editing is complete we can provide your finished video in a range of formats:

• On DVD (PAL or NTSC formats available)
• On a CD-ROM designed to be played on computers
• In a format ready to be streamed on the internet
